Who We Are
POCIE fosters a joyous and authentic community for BIPOC environmental professionals of all career levels to advance racial equity and dismantle barriers within the environmental sector.
Through courage and collective empowerment, we strive towards professional excellence and transformative change in the sector now and for future generations.

We want our members to center their well-being as BIPOC professionals in a predominantly white field, prioritize their professional development, and find pathways to ascend their careers and build leadership in the environmental space for generations to come.
